Cookie policy
This site uses the minimum storage needed to work and to protect its forms. Everything else (usage measurement and third-party videos) is only turned on if you allow it.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage) serve a similar purpose: they let the site remember information from one page to the next, or from one visit to the next.
On liderya.com we use them with a simple rule: only what is necessary for the site to work and be secure, and nothing else without your permission. We do not sell or share browsing data with third parties.
Necessary storage
These items are always on because without them the forms would not be secure or you would lose your progress. They are not used for advertising or to build profiles.
| Name | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Verifies that forms (contact, scheduling and assessment) are submitted by a person and not by an automated program. Protects your data and ours against abuse. | Third-party service (Cloudflare) · necessary | While the form is being verified |
| liderya:consent | Stores your privacy preferences (analytics and third-party content) so we do not ask you again on every visit. | localStorage · first-party · necessary | Until you delete it or this policy changes (you are then asked again) |
| liderya:diagnostico:ultimo | Remembers the private link to your latest three-gap assessment report, so you can return to it from the contact page. It only stores an identifier, the company name and the expiration date. | localStorage · first-party · necessary | Until the report link expires or you delete it |
| liderya:diagnostico:borrador | Keeps your answers while you complete the assessment, so you do not lose them if you reload the page. | sessionStorage · first-party · necessary | Until you submit the assessment or close the tab |
| liderya.cita.ref | Stores the reference of the last meeting you scheduled from this browser, so you can look it up. It contains no personal data. | localStorage · first-party · necessary | Until you delete it |
Cloudflare Turnstile may use its own technical storage during verification, in accordance with Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics and measurement
To understand, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and where browsing drops off, and so improve the site, we use Google Tag Manager (Google), which loads our measurement tools; Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), which shows in aggregate how each page is browsed (clicks, scrolling and session recordings with form fields hidden); and Meta Pixel (Meta), which measures which visits come from our social media campaigns and which ones end in a diagnostic request. All three load only after you allow analytics and measurement in the preferences panel.
- Without your consent, no measurement script is loaded: not Google Tag Manager, not Microsoft Clarity and not Meta Pixel.
- If you accept, Google Tag Manager loads at that moment (on later visits, once the page finishes loading). The measurement tools it manages may set their own cookies, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
- If you withdraw your consent, it takes effect immediately: we signal it to Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel during the current visit, and they are not loaded again on later visits.
- Main cookies they may set (names and durations are defined by each provider and may change):
_gaand_ga_*(Google, up to 2 years);_clck(Microsoft Clarity, up to 1 year) and_clsk(up to 1 day);_fbp(Meta, up to 90 days). - Data is analyzed in aggregate; we do not seek to identify you individually.
- Meta Pixel is used only to measure the results of our campaigns (visits and diagnostic requests), in accordance with Meta’s data policy. We do not sell this data.
Third-party content
In Insights and in other sections we show reference videos hosted on YouTube. We embed them in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and, even so, nothing is downloaded from YouTube (not even the thumbnail) until you allow third-party content and press play.
Once a video plays, YouTube may use its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. If you prefer not to allow it, you can always open the video directly on YouTube. The same applies to the podcast player: nothing is loaded from Spotify until you allow it, and you can open it on Spotify instead.
Your LIDERYA Platform account
This site (liderya.com) is LIDERYA’s commercial website. If you sign up or sign in to LIDERYA Platform (platform.liderya.com), that application uses its own session cookies to keep your account secure and authenticated. That use, and the processing of the data you send us through the forms on this site, are governed by the LIDERYA Privacy Policy.
How to change your preferences
You can change what you allowed at any time. The change takes effect immediately and is remembered in this browser.
Preferences panel
Turn analytics and third-party content on or off.
You can also delete the site’s cookies and storage from your browser settings: in Chrome and Edge, under Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data; in Firefox, under Settings → Privacy & Security; and in Safari, under Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. Keep in mind that if you do, you will lose quick access to your latest assessment report and we will ask for your preferences again.
